Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for ERP implementation phases. Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of the project. Lead cross-functional project teams including IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and external consultants. Facilitate regular meetings and communication between stakeholders.

Risk & Issue Management:

Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues to avoid project delays or scope creep. Maintain change control process and manage scope variations.

Reporting & Documentation:

Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly archived.

ERP System Knowledge:

Understand ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CRM, etc. Oversee system configuration, data migration, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure the ERP system is implemented in line with business processes and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4

+ years of project management

experience. Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
