Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects involving telecom, ELV, and security systems within the Oil & Gas sector. The role requires extensive experience with ADNOC workflows, EPC contractors, and turnkey project execution--from kick-off meetings to client handovers.

The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, Solution Design and Material approvals /Documentations, resource allocation, stakeholder management, and ensuring delivery below the budget, schedule, and ADNOC's quality/HSE standards.Key

Responsibilities

Ensure clarity and professionalism in all written documentation (technical submitting, reports, billing, proposals) and maintain strong verbal communication in meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Develop, monitor, and control detailed project plans using Microsoft Project, covering all project phases.

Manage projects end-to-end from kick-off meeting to client handover.

Oversee and coordinate: Surveys, detailed engineering design, documentation, procurement, FAT, delivery, billing, site progress, per-commissioning, commissioning, and SAT.

Ensure project documentation complies with ADNOC's IFA, IFC, and approval formats.

Lead and represent the company in project meetings (kick-off, progress reviews, client discussions, technical clarifications, etc.).

Manage subcontractors: float RFQs, conduct technical and commercial evaluations, negotiate, finalize contracts, and monitor field execution (civil/electrical/installation works).

Manage vendor interactions: request quotations, review technical submissions, and prepare cost-optimized solutions for client approval.

Handle materials and design submittals, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Drive progress billing and milestone payments to ensure positive cash flow.

Provide technical guidance to design and implementation teams across telecom and ELV systems.

Conduct FAT, SAT, ISAT, walkthroughs, and client handovers.

Ensure strict adherence to ADNOC HSE, QA/QC, and risk management standards.

Lead, hire, and groom project teams based on project requirements.

Prepare and deliver technical project presentations to clients.

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Communication, or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 5+ years in project management roles within Oil & Gas, EPC, or ADNOC projects.

Exceptional spoken and written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear technical documentation, write detailed reports, and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and management.

Strong experience and technical knowledge with telecom systems, ELV, radio, PAGA, IPTV, CCTV, TETRA Radio, turnkey solutions, and commissioning.

Strong experience and knowledge in Engineering Documentation for ADNOC telecom and ELV projects

Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project planning tools.

Proven ability to manage procurement, subcontractors, cost optimization, and cash flow billing cycles.

Strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

PMP certification is an advantage.

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
