Job Title: Project Manager

Industry: Telecom, Security, ELV & Integrated Technical Systems

Experience Required: 7+ years, with ADNOC and/or EPC project delivery experience

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly capable Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of technical projects involving telecom, ELV, and security systems. The role requires coordination with ADNOC and EPC stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver projects across UAE with a strong focus on ADNOC-compliant workflows

Define project scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements

Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

Ensure project documentation aligns with ADNOC's IFC, IFA, and other approval formats

Lead project review meetings and submit progress reports

Resolve technical, operational, and scheduling conflicts

Enforce adherence to ADNOC's HSE, QA/QC, and risk management standards

Conduct SAT/FAT/ISAT activities, walkthroughs, and client handovers

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecom, Electrical, or related Engineering field

PMP certification is a plus

Minimum 7 years' project management experience in EPC or ADNOC environments

Experience with telecom, security, radio, or ELV systems preferred

Knowledge of procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning procedures

Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams

Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
