Required Project Manager - ELV Systems for a telecommunication company Location: Abu Dhabi Experience on ELV projects in Oil & GAS industry IS A MUST Candidate should have: 3 to 5 years of UAE experience Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Oversee operations of ongoing project \xef\x82\xb7 Advises effective methodology of operations and gets involved from the inception of the new project starting from its tendering stage \xef\x82\xb7 Ensures that project is being completed competently, successfully as per the approved budget \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinates & follows up with Procurement, Commercial, Finance, and Cost Control Departments for timely availability of materials, funds, etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Creates and executes operations work plans and revises them as needed to meet changing needs and requirements \xef\x82\xb7 Oversees scheduling, quality assurance, and safety on the job site and to ensure safety & compliance with all specifications \xef\x82\xb7 Minimizes exposure and risks on project \xef\x82\xb7 Maintains Client & Consultant relationships \xef\x82\xb7 Identifies needed resources and assignments to appropriate personnel effectively \xe2\x80\x93 Manage day\xe2\x80\x90to\xe2\x80\x90day other operational aspects of the project as per the project scope Salary: AED 8,000 to 11,000 Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month Experience:
- Working in UAE: 2 years (Required)
- ELV Projects: 2 years (Required)
- Working on Oil & Gas industry projects: 2 years (Required)
- Project Management: 2 years (Required)
- CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alaram: 2 years (Required)
