Could you be the full-time onsite Project Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates we're looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive and multifaceted expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead and manage the System & Infra operational activity on Rail Maintenance, ensuring compliance with the terms of the contract and making a significant impact on the efficiency and reliability of our services. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Operations, Customer Service), implement tools to ensure the availability of Tramways and Infrastructure, and much more.
We'll look to you for:

• Plan and execute the complete timely execution of the project scope, including Rolling Stock, System and Infra
• Lead the Project Team, when applicable Project Managers of internal and external partners - in line with the project structure
• Implement appropriate tools to ensure availability of the Tramways and Infrastructure (Contractual KPI related to System Failures, Preventive performance, Ticket vending Machine & Platform screen doors reliability)
• Ensure customer satisfaction: Manage operational interface with client so as to satisfy operations availability requirements and maintenance plan compliance
• Perform project management and contract administration according to Alstom Project Management Manual (PMM), including proactive risk and opportunity management, and in full compliance with Ethics and Compliance rules
• Ensure completion of Project / Program Performance goals to meet business objectives and customer /Platform satisfaction
• Responsible and accountable for the Project Profit and Loss
• Ensure optimal quality of project/program execution and reviews
• Ensure that critical aspects are identified in reviews and proactively / professionally addressed and followed up
• Manage the overall project and related KPIs, and report to leadership team, with transparency during the business reviews
• Make sure that key project stakeholders are aligned towards project goals
• Represent Alstom towards Customers and when applicable external stakeholders
• Accountable for the proper implementation of Alstom and Customer HSE requirements by all stakeholders (internal & external) including suppliers and contractors
• Responsible to ensure full compliance with Code of Ethics

All about you

• 20+ Years of experience in Rail System Operation and Maintenance field
• Min 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in rail industry
• Good exposure of Failure management and crisis management
• Degree in Electronics, Mechanical or other engineering streams
• Fluent in English. Arabic and/or French is preferable
• Project Management certificate is an advantage
