Position: Technical Project Manager Casabella Interiors Dubai Responsibilities: Site Measurements and CAD Drawings:
Expected Start Date: 20/05/2024
- Conduct detailed site measurements and generate accurate CAD drawings.
- Continuously update drawings to ensure accuracy for carpentry teams.
- Manage the procurement process for raw materials.
- Contact and coordinate with non-English speaking suppliers and address any issues.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with production teams to address any delays or concerns in the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a structured digital filing system for all project-related documents.
- Ensure files are organized per project and easily accessible to team members.
- Keep all project drawings up-to-date and available for carpenters.
- Regularly review and modify drawings as needed to meet changing project specifications.
- Assist in the planning and execution of interior fit-out projects from conception through completion.
- Liaise with clients to gather project requirements and provide regular updates on progress.
- Conduct quality control checks on-site to ensure the finished product meets the desired specifications and quality standards.
- Proactive: Anticipate project needs and act in advance to address potential issues.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Approach project challenges with creative solutions that optimize resources and efficiency.
- Leadership: Willingness to take charge and lead projects confidently, ensuring team alignment and motivation.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, from clients to laborers.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards under pressure.
- Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a project coordination role, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
