Job Description
Project Manager (Construction, contracting, buildings) Project and required skill set: Luxury, high rise buildings, with marble and granite finishing, swimming pools, retail outlets. Experience Profile: A mid sized construction contracting firm here in the UAE are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in managing and delivering luxury high rise buildings projects in Dubai and the UAE for fellow mid sized construction contracting companies. Must have solid commercial experience and productivity management : you will know how to calculate the productivity of labourers on the jobs and measure their performance. You must have had a previous track record delivering projects for prestigious end clients in Dubai, such as; Emaar, Ellington, Meraas and/or Nakheel.
