The Role
Position Title: Project Manager - Operations Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A trusted Government Services office based in Dubai. : \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop comprehensive project plans for civil, real estate, and commercial claim settlements, along with financial debt collection, incorporating timelines, resources, and legal compliance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate among clients, legal representatives, real estate entities, financial institutions, and debtors throughout claim settlements and debt recovery procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise and coordinate with internal teams, ensuring adherence to protocols and effective resolution strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess risks linked to claim settlements, real estate transactions, commercial disputes, and debt collection, ensuring strict compliance with legal and industry regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor project progress, performance metrics, and generate reports outlining key findings, successes, challenges, and recommendations for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Open to Arabic nationals \xe2\x80\xa2 25 to 40 years old \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1 year of background experience related to law or legal mitigation/litigation \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have experience managing real estate property settlements \xe2\x80\xa2 Immediate joiners will be prioritized
