You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to have:

Previous experience in a project management or equivalent role.

Developing experience in the construction delivery phase of projects.

Tertiary qualifications related to project management and/or construction related discipline. Nonrelated degree or equivalent professional experience / apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.

Appropriate CSCS card or local equivalent.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll also have:

Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.

Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the XXX sector.

Property or infrastructure project management expertise.

Commercial and financial acumen.

Experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams.

Experience of developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects.

Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
