Are you a go-getter? Someone who likes to challenge their own boundaries and versatile in nature, then our Project Manager role needs you!
As our Project Manager you are an integral part of our team, and the face of JBT when with our customers. We are relying on you to build those key relationships whilst managing the project from sales handover to warranty, ensuring the needs of the customer are met. Of course, you are not alone! The whole team are with you right down the line, you will have support from departments internally such as Sales, Production, Logistics, Engineering and Finance. As well as support, you also require commitment from these team members, if you instil motivation and trust in them and set clear expectations, you will gain that team ethos to be able to meet project objectives and targets.
You will expedite Lessons Learned meetings and drive RCI related activities to improve our business efficiency across the organisation. You will proactively look for profit, generating change orders and conduct site safety audits. As our Project Manager you will work in the heart of our business, driving it towards a high level of execution, goals and results, ensuring high customer relations and service, both internally and externally. If you are familiar with a Project Manager role already, you will know that managing and expediting all customer challenges and expectations internally through warranty expiration, is essential. It is vital that you are organised and can deal with these without constraint.
That is not all, if you have a desire for travel and a love of meeting new people from all different backgrounds and cultures, our Project Manager will cover projects across the Middle East and Africa and play a central role in the heart of our business. You will travel approximately 30% of your time to support our customers and visit other JBT sites. As you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects related to our Protein food production machinery portfolio, it is important your familiar with our product lines.

Project Manager Qualifications \xe2\x80\x93
- Preferably experience within a Technical field
- Fluent in English and preferably Arabic
- Engineering degree
- Driving Licence
- Experienced in Microsoft Office tools
