Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Prepare Catalogues/Tender documentation/Reports/Presentations \xc2\xb7 Handling meetings/handling questions during meeting Q/A session \xc2\xb7 Understand waste Management requirements \xc2\xb7 Understand on-land and off-land projects \xc2\xb7 Can do the laundry calculations \xc2\xb7 Can prepare RFPs & Fee Proposals \xc2\xb7 Response to Clients & Project RFIs \xc2\xb7 Explaining to senior management \xc2\xb7 Team player responsible for junior staff Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Prior experience as a Kitchen Designer \xc2\xb7 Catalogue of completed blueprints plus completed kitchen \xc2\xb7 Must understand the flow of Kitchen/Laundry & familiar with the local authority requirements \xc2\xb7 Can do calculation for Laundry \xc2\xb7 Presentation Skills \xc2\xb7 Willing to travel \xc2\xb7 AutoCAD/Revit/InDesign \xc2\xb7 8-10 years of experience \xc2\xb7 Have site handover experience Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute:
