A highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years of proven expertise in architecture and consulting is required to join the team of a leading consultancy in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex architectural and consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure project success.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation, and oversee their execution.

Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues that could impact project delivery.

Budget Control: Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed industry and client standards.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and permitting requirements in Dubai.

Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders, both internal and external.

Team Development: Mentor and guide junior project management staff, fostering their professional growth and development.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate project management processes and seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture and consulting, with a strong track record of managing and delivering complex projects in Dubai or the Middle East.
• Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary project teams.
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Dubai.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP, PMI, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
