Manages key client projects permanent fixtures and signages. Manage the entire project management cycle including but not limited to coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of the projects. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
Adhering to company\xe2\x80\x99s policies & procedures, rules and regulations.
Carrying out any additional task as and when assigned by the line manager/management. Participate in the HSE related activities
Report in case of any unsafe act or conditions occur inside the work premises
Carry out any activity in such a way it does not create any unsafe condition to co worker
Be responsible for own safety and others safety as well KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Receives jobs/projects from Sales & Marketing Manager/Operations Manager and understands the project.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope of work and objectives, ensuring client\xe2\x80\x99s needs are met as the project evolves.
- Ensure completions and timely submissions of all relevant documents for assigned projects.
- Liaise with clients and internal production team for development of production and delivery of projects from proposal stage to delivery. Provide leadership, support, training and motivation and direction to the project management team.
- Liaising with Factory Manager and his team to deliver premium quality production for permanent fixtures, temporary structures like travel retail, mall podiums, window display/signages.
- Managing and supervising manpower on site during project and making schedule according to the workflow.
- Monitor progress of the project as per agreed timescales and raise red flags for timelines not met.
- Monitor the cost of the project and ensure it is completed as per the estimated cost. Suggest cost reduction solutions wherever possible.
- Ensure that client deliverables and timelines are met.
- Attending meeting with clients, resolving problems according to client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
- Travelling to on-site inspections and project management meetings.
- Assign work to site supervisors at multiple sites and guide them to successful completion of their jobs to meet company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.

- Project progress monitoring.
- Project cost management.
- Project time management (meeting approved deadlines)
- Project quality management (meeting client\xe2\x80\x99s approved quality)
- Project communication management (external & internal)
- Degree in Engineering/Architecture.
- PMP certificate would be an advantage.
- 5 - 8 yrs. of experience in managing end to end projects for temporary structures and permanent fixtures,
- Ability to anticipate problems and find solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- UAE D/L will be an advantage.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
