Job Description
This Project Manager will manage the deployment and management of Nathan Digital\'s various clients\' ERP systems.
To enable successful ERP installs and effective system operations, this role demands a solid technical background as well as project management knowledge. He or she will work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to develop high-quality ERP solutions that match the demands of the business.

- Project Planning and Execution
- Requirement Analysis and Solution Design
- Stakeholder Management
- Team Management
- Testing, Deployment, and Training
- Budget and Cost Management
- Continuous Improvement and Best Practices
- Over 5 years of proven experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably as a technical project manager or ERP consultant.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, modules, and architecture.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Technical expertise in ERP system configuration, customization, integration, and data migration.
- Familiarity with business processes across various functional areas, such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
