AG Resourcesis Looking for Project Manager for our reputable client. Location:Dubai Job Type: Full Time Salary Budget: Fixed Salary: 3000 AED per month Job Responsibilities: Project manager responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
Oversee the architectural design and construction efforts.
Conduct market research and facilitate design review and build planning meetings.
Approve design specifications and develop purchase justifications for materials where necessary.
Preparation for the build phase, design managers review proposals and solicitations and coordinate with field personnel.
Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes.
Review contractor performance for conformance to contract and authorize invoices for payment.
Manage workflow, oversee the completion of activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Contractor comparison and selection best one to work with together.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Requirements and Skills At least 2 - 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in management.
Any graduate, prefer civil, architecture,
Design and technical abilities in space planning and interior tenant improvement projects of various types, predominately corporate interiors.
Ability to manage a team for on-going owner account work, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Strong Communication/organizational/interpersonal skills and AutoCAD 2017 proficiency required.
