• The PM will be responsible for the day to day project and client management for multi- discipline architectural and engineering design services for buildings and facilities projects and teams from the initial planning through construction phase
• Coordinate work efforts and review work performed in all phases of the project from design to final occupancy
• Assisting in store design including prototypes, dot versions (major revision, or a batch of revisions), and unique site specific stores
• Participating in post-construction walkthroughs of new stores, documenting and following up on design-related issues
• Prepare and present design proposals and counterproposals with support documents to the dealer and their architect/engineer/builder
• Critique architect/engineer/builders design proposals and site plan surveys
• Design , organize and maintain Corporate records of each retail facility project
• Assist with the investigation and preparation of due diligence reports (PSA, FSA, ) for sites and locations under consideration
• Work with the project Principal-in-Charge throughout all phases of the project to obtain client satisfaction and financial project performance

• 10 years full time paid professional experience managing the design coordination, the planning and scheduling activities of major projects
• Ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple vertical projects for a large client program preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
