Role Summary: Avanceon is looking for the Project Manager for its U.A.E Office. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and directing all design engineers, drafters, and technical engineers working on specific projects. You will be required to manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs. Evaluates and approve changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a project. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you\'ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

- Responsible for project management & execution of day to day project activities, to achieve timely completion of project remaining within budget.
- Assist in creation of project baseline plan and monitor project progress and milestones.
- Assist in creation of project budget and monitor project growth, budget and adhere to contract. Ensure positive cash flow all the times.
- Lead Engineering & Procurement teams for timely completion of the engineering and procurement deliverables.
- Manage & ensure the highest standard of HSE during all project phases.
- Supervise & monitor construction, subcontracting, pre-commissioning and commissioning works till plant performance testing and during the warranty period.
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings with Client/ Management.
- Resolve all open issues (internally/with Client) for timely completion of a project.
- Panel heat and electrical load design experience
- Independent handling of FAT, SAT and Project Closures
- Lead end to end project
- B.E (Electrical/Electronics/ Mechatronics) from a recognized institute.
- Total 8 to 10 years of experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle end to end.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Having experience background covering wellhead control panels, chemical injection skids and general Electrical and Instrumentation systems for use in the process and petrochemical markets.
- A Degree in a relevant discipline is required as is the ability to use AutoCAD, read drawings and understand hydraulic PID\'s and electrical drawings.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Should have experience in design and requirement documentation.
- An understanding of current related standards such as API 14C, API 674/675 , ASME, Atex and IECEx electrical certifications.
