Job Description
Position- Project Manager We are looking for a UAE experienced Project Manager for overseeing and managing our projects. Key Responsibilities Planning & designing project plans, coordinating with architects and setting timelines for the project. Prepare Budgets & Costs for creating and managing the project. Identifying and selecting contractors and vendors to work on the projects. Prepares project analysis and makes recommendations for advancing projects. Ensuring the project is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders & providing day-to-day update on project status and changes. Creating and leading the team, monitoring project progress, setting deadlines, solving issues that may arise, managing cost, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluating project performance, along with the performance of their team members. Requirements BE Architecture/ Masters in Business Management. 4-5 years of UAE experience in Real Estate Project Management. Thorough understanding of the real estate industry, including regulations and other legal requirements. Excellent organizational & communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Budget Management skills. Time management skills. Problem solving & Risk Management skills. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
