The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution of each project. Requirements: Collaborate with clients to identify project requirements and objectives. Preparing project documentation, develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets Assign tasks to team members and ensure that project deadlines are met. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders Manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations. Maintain project documentation and ensure that all project files are up-todate and easily accessible. Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across the project management function. Use AI and chat GPT tools to optimize communication and identify trends and insights from project interactions.
