As a driven Sales Project Manager, you improve the Delta Light Brand awareness and create new projects in your Territory by close partnership with your well-known specifiers but also with the potential new prospects:
  • When starting in your role you will get to know your Territory and are the stimulator of business growth in your region.
o You set up a complete Market Research towards existing and prospect specifiers (architects, interior designers, landscape designers, engineers, project developers...); o Marketing Based on your Market Research: you promote the Delta Light brand and the product range towards the specifiers via Indoor and outdoor sales activities; B2B & B2C visits (Professional office visits, construction sites, in house Delta Light Studio visits\xe2\x80\xa6.)
  • You use your creativity to brainstorm with architects to create a delighted Delta Light proposal in projects: you assist the specifiers in selecting the adequate products per project per type of application, per function etc.
  • You provide consultancy, support and technical assistance to distributors and specifiers for their projects.
  • You monitor the correct execution of the local marketing plan and budget together with your marketing colleague. Together you launch creative marketing tools that can tease and inspire your specifiers and distributors.
  • You participate at local fairs and events to connect even better with your distributors and specifiers; you set up a network of loyal specifiers to let the business grow organically
o Project Management: You understand the dynamics of the projects and know how to meet the needs of your stakeholders through constant dialogue so you can determine the right strategy to add the project to Delta Light.
  • You elaborate and monitor closely the execution of the projects: from order to delivery to the client to after sales service, with the assistance of your sales support colleagues as needed.
o Travel within the MENA region as needed to boost, enhance, and/or complete sales cycle.
Profile
  • You have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in interior design and/or Architecture and/or Lighting and/or Business And/ Or Marketing.
  • You have at least a 1- 3 years in Sales and Project Management, preferably in a premium market and in relation to a highly esthetical product / environment.
  • Good knowledge of Arabic, English.
  • You have knowledge of the Lighting market or are eager to learn more of our world of architectural lighting.
  • You are a real entrepreneur, sales and result driven and get extra adrenaline when closing the deal.
  • For you, customer intimacy is the most important thing in the performance of your role.
    • You love to communicate daily with your customers, are a real networker, connector and build easily relationships of trust.
    • You are passionate by finding creative lighting solutions & services and are results driven to achieve the agreed objectives for your customers.
  • You are a good organizer, knows to set priorities and have an eye for details.
