Skill: PMP with ISO & SWIFT Payments
Experience : 8+ Years
Qualification:
Minimum 8+ years in payments transformation as Program Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Manager
Good understanding of Retail & Corporate payments, ISO20022, Instant payments, Real-time payments, SEPA payments etc.
Deep expertise of ISO 20022 payment message formats is a MUST
Should have been part of at least 2-3 large payment transformation, migration projects with Tier I/II banks in APAC/Middle East/Europe regions
Understanding of Retail/Corporate Payment channels, AML/Sanction screening, Clearing & Settlement process
Good understanding of cross border payments, and SWIFT messaging MT message formats.
Preferably having managed Payment transformation, payment hub programs pertaining to top tier payment systems like GPP, Clear2Pay, Dovetail etc.
Excellent understanding of Project Management, planning, monitoring project planning, monitoring & reporting within a large multi-faceted organization and a proven track record of delivery
Knowledge of different approaches to deliver project, including agile and waterfall
High level of attention to detail, organized, structure way of thinking and delivery
Strong interpersonal, people management and facilitation skills with an ability to secure buy-in and bind people to proactively support project delivery (tact and diplomacy, influencing skills and overall sensitivity to the implications of change)
Experience of complex change management programs/business transformation and strategy execution
