Description: Project Manager :
Work items to support for Digital/Digital Ops include:
- Digital Ops projects
- CyberSource/(MC/VISA)/DigitSecure Ecommerce : DIB as Acquiring operations and automated processes
- New digital platform vendor coordination, project tracking, RFPs, evaluation coordination.
Other programs
- CPR related changes in SMS, CCM Digital platforms
& Responsibilities include:
[Tech SME/PM for Digital Operations BAU and New Projects]
1. Project Plan management
2. Tracking milestones/defects
3. Tracking & Coordination with vendors
4. Communication with internal stakeholders/process owners
5. Creation and submission of artifacts as per IT process & Governance ITCM/ITA/GIS/IT Ops
6. Presentation & Updates
7. Budgets & utilization tracking (contracts & invoices)
8. Administrative tasks related to Project (EPM & Confluence/JIRA)
9. TC33A file process support and implementation
10. Card transaction lifecycle
11. Supporting Visa/MasterCard/Cybersource/UAEPGS
12. Evaluation of digital payment gateway solutions
13. implementation of Wallet, E-Comm acquiring/Web checkout, Bill Pay, merchant management.
14. Testing coordination & support
15. Change Release Management Liaise with approvers, Rtb & deployment to production
16. Onboarding Merchants (technical steps)
