This position will be a part of the Infrastructure Team and will represent the Firm in communications with the Client, Sub-Contractors and JV partners, as delegated by the Project Director and will be involved in the planning and managing of Infrastructure Projects of a medium to high level risk and complexity, ensuring that they are delivered to a high quality, on time, on budget and to client expectations. This position will be a part of the Infrastructure Team and will represent the Firm in communications with the Client, Sub-Contractors and JV partners, as delegated by the Project Director and will be involved in the planning and managing of Infrastructure Projects of a medium to high level risk and complexity, ensuring that they are delivered to a high quality, on time, on budget and to client expectations. Responsibilities: We envisage success in this role to include:
- Preparing, planning and controlling of financial budgets and team resources in order to deliver required commercial outcomes.
- Preparing and managing complex design project programmes and project contracts.
- Ensuring project standards and QMS procedures are implemented across each of the technical areas involved in the project, including project administration.
- Planing, prioritizing and scheduling the tasks, people and resources in order meet identified time frames and standards.
- Ensuring terms of the contract are followed and manage scope changes and their effect on delivery of project objectives.
- Preparing the monthly Project Report and input to consolidated Division Report.
- Participating in Business Development activities includoing proposal preparations and presentations.
- Highly developed knowledge of statutory and commercial frameworks with the ability to prepare and control budgets, and manage contracts and invoices
- Demonstrates an awareness of the market and factors influencing the relevant market, including key risks and opportunities.
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years\' work experience of which at least 10 were preferably spent working on Gulf region projects partnered with a Masters or Bachelor\'s Degree.
Preference will be give to candidates with membership of professional institution or working towards either IEng, CEng / P.E.
