Industry: Architecture and Planning Location: Dubai, UAE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,252.30 - AED20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Requires bachelor\'s degree in a related area and 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Multiple project planning (budget, timetable, resources), follow-up and progress reporting
- Quality control, risk analysis & management
- Analyzing new products, ways of working and process improvement
- Works with very little supervision or coaching.
- Quality control, risk analysis & management
- BOQ and tendering * Use of project tools, must be confident with IT, digital tools
- Participate in sales meetings
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree / Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Willingness to commit for job 3+ years
- Experience on staff supervision and running of multiple projects
- Multiple residential villas project management
- FIDIC contract knowledge
- MS office skills: excel, word ,MS project, etc
- Proj management software such as primavera
- Needs to get along with everybody
- Experience in Middle - East construction industry
- UAE Driving License and own car is a must
