Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: Handles all Security Systems projects and has responsibility for all works on site and preparatory activities for delivering allocated projects. Would also cover infra-structure: Networking, power requirements, civil, mechanical, electrical and design communications and testing.

KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Conducts site visits to ensure scope of work caters for all the project requirements and the readiness of the site for project activities
- Prepares initial project plan, review with all stakeholders, verify, amend and issue a final project plan
- Attends kick-off meetings with clients/consultants and contractors as required
- Project execution which covers installation, managing staff team (technicians and engineers), coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely availability of hardware and software
- JPM will be fully responsible for all testing, commissioning, corrections phase, inspection and final certification activities
- Reports to the SPM of the team he belongs to, on project progress and on any required intervention to resolve problems with suppliers, contractors and/or client
- Reports project data to Director\xe2\x80\x99s as and when required.
- Communicates with the client on any updates and progress and on any variation orders
- Works with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure readiness of the site for execution of project (installation)
- Manages PE towards actual implementation at site and oversee, through the PE, the work of senior technicians, general technicians and occasionally labor/production employees.
- Trains technicians and client personnel on using the system
- Provides after-sales service and support to client employees
EDUCATION
- Diploma or Bachelors of Electrical & Electronics or Electronics and telecommunication or a general IT degree.
- Certification \xe2\x80\x93 Cisco CCNA, CCNP, BCNE, CCTV (Milestone, Genetec, etc.), ACS (LENEL, KERISYS, PAXTON), Biometrics, Barriers, Bollards, Road blocker, Spike bumps, ANPR, etc.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5 -7 years where she/ he is exposed to all security systems.
- Good Project Management skills
- Good people management skills
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Very good command of English
- Good command of computer skills
