We are seeking a Project manager who possess proven Experience in process package equipment manufacturing for Oil and Gas sector.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Manager is responsible for:
Planning, managing and controlling the projects as per schedule
Ensuring the Completion of projects within allocated time frame
Budget Control
Client management
QUALIFICATION
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 6-8 years or Diploma in mechanical Engineering with 9-10 years relevant experiences
TECHNICAL COMPETENCE
Knowledge of using MS Office
Knowledge of MS Projects or other equivalent software
Knowledge of Project Estimation, budget control preferred
Experience preferred in handling similar type of Projects
Communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Leadership and teamwork management
JOB DESCRIPTION
Review client RFQ, Technical proposals, drawings and pre-order Technical queries prepared by Project Engineer
Assist in new project estimation, Commercial proposals finalization with sales team
Review PO in terms of technical / commercial aspects along with delivery requirements and provide confirmation to client / sign the PO acknowledgement as required
Attend kick-off meeting with project team, client as required and sign MOM for same.
Prepare / review the Project schedule from projects team and ensure the project requirements, submission to client.
Prepare, monitor and control the project / procurement budget as required
Review the price comparison sheet submitted for PO recommendation
Review the PRs submitted for PO technical Annexures
Review the POs issued by procurement
Co-ordinate with QA/QC to arrange inspection requirements
Attend review meeting with Procurement team to ensure delivery of sub-vendor components as required
Attend review meeting with Production team for completion of fabrication activities within schedule
Review, Monitor and control the project schedule with production progress
Attend review meeting with client to ensure the project progress and delivery as per schedule
Review weekly progress report for client submission
Budget control / review meeting with higher management
Co-ordination for site delivery, site support services as required
Review Project document close out status
Initiate / Co-ordinate project Invoicing to client as per milestones
Follow-up for invoice acceptance until payment clearance as required
Organize project close-out meeting
Organize training for personnel by internal / external as required
Identify areas of continual improvement and submit proposal to management for consideration
Initiate hiring requirements to cope with expanding workload or for replacement of substandard employees with HR department as required by meeting Company policies and procedures

PAY RANGE
AED 15,000 to AED 17,000 . ( INR 336449 to 381309 )
