About the RoleKey responsibilities are to:.Manage large and complex customer projects .Support the sales of SWIFT products and services by providing technology expertise and support to relationship managers in Middle East, Africa and Indian Subcontinent..Commercialize consulting services related to SWIFT products and solutions. .Potentially, contribute to the delivery of specialized service like FCC or AdvisoryA positive learning attitude is important to keep updating product and business knowledge.Project Management:Manage large complex (and medium) projects in the region. This involves leading projects meeting, follow up on action points, resource planning, create the necessary documentation for the project (project plan, communication, risks, costs ...)Monitor and report to internal teams and customer on the project status on a continuous basis.Ensure the project stays on track by pro-actively controlling actual status of schedule, quality, and taking corrective action for issues under your direct control, escalate when appropriateAssist in Project delivery:Scoping: Assist in meeting with the customer to identify their needs and requirements and to propose architecture/application and services to client needs, composed of all the SWIFT attributes, messaging, standards, interface software and servicesAssist in producing project documentationContribute to the delivery of Compliance related projects or Advisory services.Maintain and develop knowledge of architecture/design technologies, integration, best practices and future industry trends.Support regional teams by defining processes, and transfer of knowledge.Build and develop working relationships with customer technology management.Assist with technical responses to customer RFIs and RFPs.Do you have what it takes?University degree in Computer Science or IT related fields, or equivalent experience.At least 5 years experience in project management of complex projects, Expertise in business analysis, finance/banking systems, operations or compliance would a surplusExperience in SWIFT products, services and solutions would be advantageous.Certification on project management ( Prince2, PMP, ...)Proven ability to contribute in a diverse, multi-cultural, multi-country team environment and the ability to work independentlyFluent in English. Other languages like Arabic or French are a surplusGood Communication and Presentation skillsCustomer and team orientation and commitment to qualityWhat we offer
