Job Description

The Project Manager will lead and direct a team of technical professionals to deliver various projects successfully and safely on a global
scale while ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards are not compromised. Where necessary, introduce new Product Line /
Company standards or businesses practices to improve overall quality of project deliveries while considering a fast-track and cost-conscious
build program.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for one or more project(s) and if required, assist with proposal deliverables. Ensuring that the project/tender team
are aligned with best practices for successful project execution and that the budgeted cost, cash flow, and schedule are
achieved whilst maintaining quality and performance requirements.
2. Provide engineering / design ideas to management during the execution of projects so that challenges and solutions are
conveyed either by direct interaction with the client or via the regional technical groups, where applicable.
3. Coordinate the activities of a project team to deliver projects in a safe manner, on schedule and within budget while complying
to basis of design, policies, and procedures.
4. Issue resolution and risk mitigation to ensure timely delivery without compromising safety and quality
5. Identifying and implementing Change Management with Clients and Vendors.
6. Provide regular project status updates to Senior Management as required including but not limited to, HSE performance, actuals
and forecast against the AFE, schedule forecast to completion, both internal and external (client) reports are required.
7. Directly participate in the preparation of a Project Execution Plan and other key Project Management deliverables for either
proposals or live projects
8. Manage high level field construction activities as the point of contact for the Construction Manager
9. Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical
standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible
violations or conflicts of interest.
10. Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes & systems. Take an active
part in quality improvement processes. Identify and report deficiencies to supervisor and obtain authorization for any deviations
from standard procedures as appropriate.
11. Actively comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and processes. Promote HSE
awareness; take responsibility and be accountable for own safety and safety of others. Demonstrate the personal application
of HSE procedures in daily performance and always follow the 10 Safety House Rules.
12. Ensure objectives set under Employee Development Plan are met.

Job Context and Main Activities:

To participate in a professional project and engineering environment at the Company and Client level through demonstrable skills in
project engineering, project management, project execution knowledge and with engineering integrity. The position will require
extensive coordination with Clients, Vendors and, Process, Mechanical, E&I and other Project Leads.

Decision making Authority/Level of Supervision Required:

Minimum supervision for day to day business.
High level of decision-making authority with regards to project management.

 Work with teams across multiple time zones.
