Our International Specialist Leisure & Entertainement client has a new requirement for a well experienced consultant Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, KSA to work on high profile new L&E development. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Project Manager on large scale Leisure & Entertainment projects in KSA or wider GCC. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working for theme and / or water parks This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity employed by our client. Key Responsibilities: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing active management of projects within established schedules and budgets, typically from end of sales through design / engineering to manufacturing, installation, commissioning / certification and settlement of final accounts, and occasionally from sales proposal stage. Responsible for the smooth functioning of day to day operations by influencing, developing and implementing agreed upon project plans ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Lead the planning and implementation of assigned projects
• Responsible for the overall project performance including schedule, budget, quality, and safety
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, site staff and internal project team
• Managing and overseeing multiple projects concurrently, focusing on on-time delivery, minimizing warranty claims through effective quality control, and maximizing margin through cost control and revenue enhancement.
• Preparing, analyzing, reviewing, approving, and managing the execution of project paperwork, including estimating, contracts, project schedules, budgets, invoices, applications for payment, change orders, cost reports, cash flow projections, purchase orders, subcontractor bid documentation, shipping documentation project close-out reports and other paperwork necessary to manage and document projects through their lifespan.
• Reviewing and managing internal engineering process and schedule to meet project specific needs.
• Reviewing, coding and approving invoices from vendors.
• Managing the timely collection of revenue from clients.
• Managing all Procurement activities.
• Monitoring/managing the installation Field Construction Supervisor activities on the project job site.
• Acting as the prime point of contact and liaison between the and its partners.
• Coordinate and manage the interdepartmental and intra-company project team to meet project goals.
• Updating the Business Unit Leader, Project Services Manager and Sales Director on project variances from established schedules and budgets on a timely basis.
• Developing a well-rounded knowledge of products and installation requirements.
• Setting up and maintaining all project records in a project binder and digitally where possible and applicable.

Project Manager - Theme / Water Park Experience Experience:

• Experience in an Engineering Project environment or equivalent training. Work experience in the Middle East is an asset.
• Prior project management experience and/or related experience with construction management, large construction projects, structural steel, Aquatic Centers or Family Entertainment Centers is considered an asset.
• Post-Secondary education in a related field of study; Engineering, PMP or equivalent designation preferred
• The ability to read engineering drawings for general comprehension and take-offs is essential.
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English is a must.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel, SharePoint and MS Project;
• Must be legally eligible to work within the Middle East countries and have valid passport with ability to travel globally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
