- Ensure that the programme deadlines are achieved
- Assist the contractors and subcontractors to ensure they have a full understanding of the required program dates
- Ensure that all building operations are carried out in line with current health and safety standards and that all method statements and risk assessments have been reviewed and checklists completed
- Provide detailed updates on the projects progress to the clients team.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality
- 2 - 3 years in a consultant or high-end D&B contractor.
- Demonstrable experience working in a management capacity on a range on projects from design through to construction.
- Have excellent communication with experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Professional with the ability to work in a client facing role.
- Ideally a UAE driving license or an international license that can work in the UAE.
- Have experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Is proactive and hand-on with project management.
- Must be computer literate with ideally software skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Projects + Office suite, and Photoshop.
- Degree qualified related to Architecture or Project Management.
- Preference will be given to candidates in the UAE and available immediately.
