Adecco Middle East is hiring Project Manager - Digital Marketing for one of our reputed clients based in Dubai, UAE. Project Manager - Digital Marketing will plan and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels for the corporate office, this includes areas such as strategy development, content development, media planning, website development, CRM and budgeting and special projects.

Job Type: 12 months extended contract.

Job Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Explore, implement and maintain solutions which support the objectives of clients digital marketing strategy.
• Maintain the social media playbook to meet evolving trends, platform features, brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Maintain the always on social media strategy based on evolving industry opportunities and findings from monthly reports.
• Ensure implementation of relevant sections in the digital marketing handbook.
• Work with function head to plan and develop annual digital marketing budget.
• Explore awards opportunities for content and campaigns created by the digital marketing team.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance client social media content beyond the agency\'s annual scope of work.
• Lead the planning, production and promotion of existing and new long format videos, special observances and ad-hoc content to keep client social media accounts active and drive growth in outreach, followership and engagement.
• Manage the social media monitoring agency to screen news on DH assets, leadership and strategic projects

Qualifications, Experience, Skills

• At least 7-10 years handling digital marketing project management, websites, social media content and strategy.
• Cross channel experience (websites, social, mobile, paid platforms, email marketing etc).
• Experience in managing multiple agencies and other partners.
• Managing client-side social media accounts and content creation.
• Understanding of non-digital marketing areas (branding, corporate communications, creative ideation, etc).
• Flexibility and adaptability to fluid decision making.
• Ability to work in fast paced environments.
• Coordinating technical requirements with IT and 3rd party vendors.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple internal stakeholder\'s needs and projects.
• Agency and client experience preferred.
• Proficiency in written & spoken English
• Arabic is an advantage

Technical Competencies

• Understanding of current technology platforms and applications.
• Knowledge of video format specifications.
• Setting up social media accounts and up to date with latest digital trends.
• Content management systems.
• Knowledge of paid media specifications (display advertising, search engine marketing, social media, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
