Job Overview
As a Project Manager at DP World, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, overseeing planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking. This high-impact position involves leading digital initiatives critical to streamlining global trade and logistics infrastructure. You will work across regional and global teams to ensure all project goals are achieved efficiently and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project management plans including timelines, communication strategies, RACI matrices, risk and issue registers
• Lead project teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and at the desired quality
• Manage changes in scope, cost, and timeline through structured change control processes
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain updated risk registers through stakeholder input
• Escalate critical project issues and document them with corrective and preventive actions
• Engage with senior stakeholders and lead steering committee meetings to report progress
• Align project goals with business strategy, recommending real-time corrective measures
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, security, branding, and audit functions globally
• Contribute to PMO operations including governance, management reporting, and portfolio monitoring

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field
• 12+ years total experience, with at least 8 years in digital/IT project management within logistics, ports, supply chain, or customs environments
• PMP certification required; additional PMO or Agile certifications preferred
• Strong command of Microsoft Project, Power BI, and standard office tools
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles and web technologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel with attention to detail and strategic focus
