Project Manager Diego Garcia Island
Job Description
Plan, organize, and oversee all stages of the construction project lifecycle, including design, procurement, execution, and handover.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective measures.
Lead site meetings and progress reviews with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements on all project sites.
Review and approve project-related documentation, including drawings, RFI responses, and method statements.
Manage procurement of materials, subcontractor agreements, and cost control processes.
Ensure quality control and proper execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare project reports, financial updates, and status presentations for management and clients.
Foster strong communication and collaboration across project teams to achieve objectives effectively.
