Job Description

-Minimum 3 years experience in Bahrain -Minimum 8 Years experience in project management or relevant Solar Construction Projects. -Experience in Solar Construction Background is required. -Drive staff requirements by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining direct reports; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. -Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. -Lead on all the financial & operational goals and deliverables involving running Projects. Drive budgets and financial . Monitoring and spending of Cost Center, department budget and/or project budget.- -Manage the team responsible for technical and/or commercial realization of filling machine projects.- -Establishing feasibility studies, filling line layouts (technical drawings) and schedules, Monitoring of projects (time line and costs), Supervision of installation site, Handover of the installed filling lines to customer and Service Management of project department- -Manage the team that is responsible for the installation site, handover of the installed filling lines to customer and Service -Establish relationships with 3rd party suppliers and manage communications with external parties - Able to plan and schedule the work as per project requirements. - Coordinate with Projects Engineers for coordinate clients, Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Business Developments: 1 year (Preferred)
• in bahrain: 3 years (Required)
• Project Manager: 8 years (Required)
• Business Development Manager: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Draving license Bahrain Or UAE (Preferred)
