Job Description

We are currently looking for Project Manager - Core Banking for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.


This role involves managing and coordinating the delivery of Core Banking initiatives by ensuring seamless collaboration between business teams, IT, and other stakeholders. The position requires overseeing project plans, timelines, and dependencies while aligning technical teams and business requirements. A key focus is on facilitating effective communication, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and performance standards within an Agile environment.


Experience & Qualifications:


? Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field


? Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Project Management role


? PMP certificate is a strong advantage or similar project certificate


? Previous experience working on Core Banking projects or similar large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives


? Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies


? Strong skills in stakeholder management, coordination, and conflict resolution


? Proven ability to manage project documentation, plans, and governance processes


? Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in complex project environments


? Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
