Optimization of Resources:

Liaise adeptly with Construction Managers/Engineers to promptly resolve any project-related issues onsite, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.

Thorough Onboarding and Induction:

Conduct comprehensive departmental onboarding and induction processes, ensuring staff are well-versed in all relevant procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Exemplary Subcontractor Management:

Maintain close collaboration with subcontractors, meticulously managing their deliverables to ensure strict adherence to work programs, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Facilitator of Skills Development:

Support and empower staff through tailored skills training programs, fostering continuous professional development and enhanced workforce capabilities.

Transparent Progress Reporting:

Deliver transparent and detailed monthly project status updates, providing comprehensive insights and accurate cost-to-complete figures for informed decision-making.

End-to-End Project Leadership:

Lead the project from inception to completion with unwavering dedication and expertise, driving successful project outcomes at every stage.

Commitment to Technical Excellence:

Ensure operational excellence and adherence to industry-leading standards to mitigate risks and uphold the highest levels of quality and performance.

Proactive Development Project Supervision:

Supervise development project progress proactively, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.

IMS Role and Responsibilities

Report Hazards and Risks: Promptly identify and communicate any potential dangers or risks, along with accidents or incidents, to the QHSE department. This ensures that necessary actions are taken to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.

Compliance with Legal and Client Requirements: Adhere to all local laws and regulations, as well as the specific requirements outlined by RGCC and its clients. This helps ensure legal compliance and fosters trust and confidence in RGCC's operations.

Ensure Compliance with IMS Procedures: Consistently follow Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures to uphold organizational standards and promote efficiency and effectiveness in operations. Promptly addressing any deviations from IMS procedures helps maintain consistency and quality across all activities.

Qualifications Requirements

Possesses sound judgment and maintains a proactive attitude

Minimum of 15 + years experience in a comparable role within Roads and Infrastructure turnkey projects.

Previous experience in the GCC region is advantageous.

Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Strong attention to detail

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher (preferably in Civil Engineering)

Proficiency in FIDIC Standards.

PMP Certification is a bonus
