We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Managers to deliver high-value construction projects in the UAE. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Manage day-to-day project execution for commercial, residential, and high-rise developments.
Lead project teams, including engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and UAE regulations.
Conduct quality checks, site inspections, and audits.
Manage client relationships, stakeholder expectations, and contractual obligations.
Implement risk management and change control processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
6 to 8 years' experience inside UAE.
Arabic and English language proficiency is required.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project planning tools.
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / MS Office.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates currently based in UAE preferred.
A valid UAE driver's license.
