Job Description

The Construction Project Manager is a Senior Management role responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, control and successful delivery of construction projects from initiation through completion. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise and commercial awareness to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory and quality requirements.

Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution : 1. Manage Construction Projects from mobilization through completion and handover.2. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and execution strategies in coordination with stakeholders.3. Prepare and manage detailed project programs, method statements, and execution plans.4. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, contract conditions, and UAE Construction Standards.

Time Cost & Resource Control:1. Monitor and Control Project Schedules and milestones.2. Prepare Cost Estimates, project budgets and cash flow forecasts.3. Control Project Expenditures and implement corrective measures to avoid cost overruns.4. Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of manpower, materials, plant and equipment.

Team Leadership & Site Management:1. Lead, Supervise and motivate site teams including engineers, supervisors and foreman.2. Assign duties based on individual competence, experience, and project requirements.3. Co-ordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.

Client, Consultant & Authority Coordination :1. Act as the main point of contact with clients, consultants and relevant UAE Authorities.2. Attend Progress meetings, coordination meetings, and authority inspections as required.3. Ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of technical and contractual issues.

Risk, Quality & HSE Compliance:1. Identify, assess and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.2. Ensure compliance with company quality management system (QMS) and HSE policies.3. Enforce site safety regulations in line with UAE Labour Law and Local Authority requirements.4. Monitor project performance using KPIS and approved project control tools.

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit regular project progress, cost and performance reports to senior management.Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, records and correspondence.

Continuous Improvement & Professional Conduct:1. Maintain Professional competence through continuous development and training.

Attend workshops, training programs and technical, seminars as required.
