A leading construction company is looking for a highly skilled and proactive
Project Manager - Civil
to lead ADM-approved civil construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in managing large-scale projects in the UAE with a proven ability to deliver quality results on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end construction activities across multiple projects
Ensure timely progress as per project milestones and deadlines
Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and authorities
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
Monitor project budgets, schedules, manpower, and resources
Ensure full compliance with ADM regulations and standards
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
Maintain high-quality standards throughout project execution
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
7-10 years of UAE experience in civil construction (ADM-approved projects required)
Strong leadership and project management capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
