This role requires following mandatory criteria to be fulfilled :

Candidate must possess
a Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
, from University duly accredited and recognized in the UAE.
3.
A minimum of 10 years of proven experience
as a Project Manager in the construction / contracting industry.
4.
Candidate must possess
membership in
SOE (Society of Engineers - UAE)
.
5. Must be qualified and capable of attending
DM examination, for unlimited high-rise buildings/projects-
since our contracting company falls under the standards of Unlimited rise projects.
6. Valid UAE Driving License
Key Skill
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills, both as written and verbal.
Capable of managing and overseeing the project execution from planning to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor progress, prepare reports. and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Drive problem-solving initiatives and support continuous project improvements.
