A reputed Main Contractor company based in Dubai is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead and deliver
high-rise building projects
. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, extensive UAE experience, and a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete project lifecycle of high-rise buildings
Plan, coordinate, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
Ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues
Prepare progress reports and conduct regular project meetings
Ensure timely project delivery within approved budget
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
15 to 20 years of experience
with
Main Contractor companies
Mandatory experience in
high-rise building projects
Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, regulations, and authority approvals
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Proficient in project management tools and reporting
