Job Description

Min. of 15 years

in civil project management, with a focus on

Residential, Compound precast villas (over 150 villas).

Bachelor's degree in

civil engineering / Master's Degree

& Project Management Certification is a plus. Proven experience in

managing and overseeing the full project lifecycle methodologies

(planning, design, construction, completion). In-depth understanding of

construction practices and material specifications, ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.

Strong background in

budget management, cost estimation, contract management and client relations
