We are seeking an experienced

Civil Project Manager

with a strong background in villa construction and extensive experience managing projects in the

UAE

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of civil construction projects, ensuring that works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of villa construction projects, from planning through execution to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors. Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Prepare and submit project progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. Oversee procurement of materials and labor in coordination with procurement and commercial teams. Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants and authorities as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus). Minimum

8 years of experience

in civil construction, with at least

5 years in the UAE

. Proven experience managing

villa and high-end residential projects

in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, and other relevant tools.
