STG Contracting and Building Works LLC is seeking an experienced

Civil Project Manager

to oversee civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage project execution, ensure compliance with regulations, coordinate resources efficiently, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and company standards. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards. Review and approve project documentation, reports, and work orders. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly. Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams to achieve performance targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Project Manager in the UAE. Must hold

Dubai Municipality Contracting License

and

SOE Card

and driving license. Proven experience managing large-scale civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in infrastructure, commercial, or residential projects. Familiarity with UAE labor laws, regulations, and safety standards.
