Project Manager - Civil

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Civil Project Manager

to oversee and manage civil engineering and construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, coordinating, and supervising construction activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion while maintaining high-quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and finalize civil construction projects according to deadlines and within budget. Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Oversee site operations, including safety, quality control, and compliance with regulations. Track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools. Manage project budgets and ensure effective cost control. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client use. Resolve project issues, manage risks, and escalate critical concerns when needed. Ensure all project work meets legal and contractual obligations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 7+ years of experience in managing civil construction projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
