e in civil engineering, construction management, construction science, or a related field is typically required.

A master's degree in project management

, civil engineering, or business administration (MBA) can be advantageous for career advancement.

Certifications (Optional but Recommended):

Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). SOA , AUH Classification Cert , DM - Approved Unlimited
15 to 20 Years experience in Civil Construction Industry, in which 8 to 10 years as a Project Manager Civil in Building and Construction field , exp. in AUH / Dubai Projects, High rise , villas, residential etc..

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore). Understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Knowledge of project scheduling, cost estimation, and contract management.

Other Important Skills:

Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations. Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Ability to handle budgeting and financial management tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Oversee all phases of construction projects

Resource Management:

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.

Quality Control and Safety:

Ensure projects comply with all safety and building regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:

Address any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain thorough project documentation. Prepare reports on project progress, budget status, and other metrics for stakeholders.
