Job Description

1. Execution of the project o time within the approved budget and in accordance with contract specifications under the guidance of the Project Director.

2. Ensuring that the quality of materials and execution of work in accordance with the acceptance criteria identified for the project.

3. Receipt of all relevant information regarding Design, Drawings and Engineering along with necessary budgets related to the project from the Consultant, Client and Subcontractors.

4. Ensure that approval of the required material / shop drawing and NOC are obtained on time.

5. Ensuring that suitable qualified personnel required for the project are mobilized on time to carry out normal and specialized tasks.

6. Reviewing the Manpower requirements for the Project with the Project Planning Engineer and then get the personnel in coordination with the Human Resources Department of Head office.

7. Signing all site requisition and following up with the Purchasing Department to ensure that all information is available to produce.

8. Reviewing the Procurement schedule with the Project Planning Engineer to ensure that all materials arrive on time as per the program developed.

Submission of monthly payment application and follow up of certification and payment and liaise with the Consultant / Client for claims and variations to the contract
