Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and finalize civil construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and procurement strategies.
Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead project teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any project-related issues proactively.
Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local construction laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the civil construction industry in Dubai.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Preferred Cancelled Visa or Transferable Visa
Valid UAE driving license is required
