We are seeking a highly capable Civil Project Manager to oversee our construction projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing civil engineering projects to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and relevant legal regulations.

Civil Project Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, design, and construction of projects in the civil engineering industry.

They supervise all aspects of a project, from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Their duties and responsibilities include:

Planning and defining the scope of the project Managing project budget, timeline, and resources Coordinating and supervising construction workers and subcontractors Ensuring all construction activities comply with design specifications and safety standards Preparing and presenting project reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies Resolving any issues and solving problems that may occur during the project Maintaining communication with clients, team members, contractors, and other stakeholders Overseeing the delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites Ensuring the project complies with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abudhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
