Your missions: . Provide regular status reporting to Country Plant Manager about operations project portfolio in respective country . Perform cross-functional feasibility study (content and capacities) in RFQ phase in COO area . Perform Project Management in COO area according to LEONI governance and standards. . Plan and coordinate work packages of core team members in COO area to fulfill time, cost and quality requirements in line with governance and guidelines in COO area . Control and validate cross functional outputs of work packages . Follow, ensure and perform standardized Milestone and Gate Reviews of COO responsibility . Manage internal and external operations interfaces . Conduct handover to plant according to governance and product life cycle . Escalate in case of deviations from LEONI project management standards and project requirements (time, cost, quality) . Identify projects with potential need for launch team support . Release of preconditions for offering within RFQ clarification related to COO deliverables

your skills: . Bac +5 or more in industrialization with at least 5 years' experience in the automotive industry . Reactive, organized, team work oriented . French and English are mandatory
